1275 Minnesota St features an open plan, 4,600 sq. ft. atrium available for cultural, charitable and corporate events. This newly renovated space includes exposed steel beams, polished concrete floors, oak bleacher seating, kitchen and ADA compliant public bathrooms.
Please note: the Atrium is not available for events that span multiple days.

The building is home to fine art galleries and temporary installations. Consequently, we ask that the renting party be respectful of the space and agree to be liable for any damages incurred during the event. We ask that the property be returned to its original condition. Event insurance and liquor license is required for evening events where alcohol will be consumed. All start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.
