Donald Farnsworth and Professor Ronald Davis will speak on their relationship between Renaissance DNA art-paper and it’s science and tech layers in the artworks presented by Peter Shaw in Synesthesia; SoundColor 2018.

Professor Davis is the Director of the Genome Technology Center at Stanford University. He is a pioneer in the study and research, and development and practical application of the science of DNA and the human genome.

Donald Farnsworth is the Director of Magnolia Editions in Oakland, CA.  He has created an alchemic process of making paper that replicates the quality of paper made during the 14th-16th century Renaissance period.
