Art For ¡Quba!, a WILD PROJECTS auction to benefit filmmaker/painter Kim Anno’s documentary film on the LGBT community in Cuba.

¡Quba! chronicles the triumphs and trials of key Cuban LGBTQ activists in Cuba as they transform the social fabric of their country.  The film presents the stories of early leaders in the movement and introduce the young activists who are fighting for new policies and catapulting the country of Cuba into a more humane world.

Media Gallery: ¡Quba! film sample is playing on a loop. Kim Anno will be available for casual Q&A.

Atrium: Performances by performances by artists Tara Prescott as Che, and designer, Kico La Strange & friends, and Obrayan Calderon's Cuban band and in gallery 200 we will round out the evening with the silent auction, and refreshments.

Gallery 200: The silent benefit auction will include works on exhibition, showcasing recent paintings, photography and prints by Kim Anno; as well as works by such artists as Francesca Pastine, David Huffman, Linda Geary, Christine Wang, Karla Wozniak, Mia feuer, Mark Wyatt, Karen Hampton, Leonie Guyer, Alicia McCarthy, Libby Black, Alicia Escott, Steve Beal, Preston Fox, and a short acoustic performance byThea Farhadian & Dean Santomieri.
