About Minnesota Street Project Foundation
Minnesota Street Project Foundation operates on the belief that philanthropic support for the arts today requires an alternative model. Established in 2019, the Minnesota Street Project Foundation strengthens the health and vitality of the artistic ecosystem of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are dedicated to providing intentional investment over time through space and infrastructure.
The Foundation takes an entrepreneurial approach to grantmaking and support of the arts with long and short term commitments. Our mission is rooted in our unwavering dedication to the arts, in every facet.
Minnesota Street Project Foundation initiatives have included California Black Voices Project, and Grants for Arts Equity, the incubation and launch of the SF Institute for Contemporary Arts, and the 2023 Artist Emergency Relief Grant program.
