Join SF Arts Ed in celebrating the opening of Dialogues 2023: Artist Mentors and Their Students. Now in its 54th season, the San Francisco Arts Education Project continues to explore the relationship between artist mentors and their students in its annual Dialogues exhibition. Showcasing the mutual exchange of formal, material, or conceptual elements found in the work of both the older and the younger artists, the work of SFArtsED artist mentors is presented in conjunction with student work created during each artists’ SFUSD in-school, after-school, or private school residency. Who inspires whom? Is resonance reciprocal?

Participating artists include Jeanette Au, Wanda Chan, Zoe Farmer, Samantha Graham, Rachel Major, Tiersa Nureyev, and Mark Schoffner.

Participating schools include: Commodore Sloat Elementary, Hillcrest Elementary, George Peabody Elementary, Guadalupe Elementary, Miraloma Elementary, Shu Ren International School, McKinley Elementary, Yick Wo Elementary, Sherman Elementary, Gordon Lau Elementary, and Glen Park Elementary after school program.
