‘Survival and sustainability’: A Napa museum is opening in S.F. while reducing staff

Following a period of difficulty marked by the selling of 15 pieces from its storied collection, leaders of the di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art are refocusing its operational plan to make the organization more financially sustainable. 

Plans include an expanded emphasis on event rentals and the opening of a new gallery in San Francisco.
