Events at MSP
1275 Minnesota Street houses over a dozen independently owned contemporary art galleries, a 4,600-square-foot Atrium, as well as a private lounge space available for arts and culture special events, as well as philanthropic, and corporate off-site events interested in engaging with the visual arts on our Dogpatch District contemporary arts campus.

Minnesota Street Project Atrium
The Atrium features exposed steel beams, polished concrete floors, oak bleacher seating, kitchen and ADA compliant public bathrooms. The versatile space is perfect for special events ranging from lectures to auctions, and performances.
Availability
Tuesday–Thursday: 6:00–10:00 pm
Set-up time: 3:00 pm
Friday–Sunday: 7:00–10:00 pm
Set-up time: 4:00 pm
The Atrium is not available for events that span multiple days.

Minnesota Street Project Lounge
The Lounge space features custom designed oak tables, club chairs and a curated selection of artwork from the Minnesota Street Project community of galleries and artists. This intimate space is suitable for smaller engagements including private dinners, offsite meetings, or small receptions.

Lounge availability is flexible depending on the nature of the event.
